I have decided to offer up some of the surplus postcards that have come into my possession over the years. They are all in really good condition and whilst they are not of Bassingham itself, they depict villages close by and might represent homes and views that some of you might know.

Bassingham Pre-Christmas Coffee Morning

Just a quick ‘heads-up ‘ that this will take place at the Hammond Hall on Saturday, 25th November between 10am and 12pm. Amongst all of the food and drink stalls, toy stalls, decorations stalls and other such goodies, I will be there again with a Bassingham Local History display.

As well as photographs and informative display material there will also be reproduction photographs for sale, together with village history walk maps.

There’s obviously going to be lots going off and it’s going to be a very busy couple of hours in that one, big room, so why not pop along and have a look? 👍
